Beautiful times in Big Bear: I’m hyped on where my elevation game is at the moment, focusing on vert and trail through May was a blast and the benefits are showing themselves wonderfully.

Today I stayed and went up a significant amount for a longer run in my book, and the views, mountain air, the sound that air makes in trees up that high, and the promise of many, many other trails to be explored in this area made it an ideal Sunday for me.
