Mount Wilson Race Preview Run w/ Run With Us, May 14, 2022

Just a brilliant Saturday morning all around, what a joy!

The Mt. Wilson Race preview run with the RWU squad checked all the boxes for me on what I’d call this my 1st serious trail run since B2R.

Everyone knows this is a demanding trail, the vert speaks for itself, and I loved getting to share the challenges that come with an iconic spot with old and new friends. I’m also proud to have put this one down while feeling as energetic and strong as I did, filmed a fair amount, and I’m hyped that Mireya caught how big my smile gets when I’ve just finished a GU, thanks again!

Huge hugs and thanks to everyone who put this run together and came out for it, extra cheers to the friends who hung out after for a diamond of a lunch at The Only Place in Town, the good company and brews and steak salad hit the spot!
